Anthony (Tony) Williams
Chairman and CEO, Director
Mr. Williams has over 35 years’ experience as a mining geologist and investment banker. Tony is Chairman of Dragon Group, an internationally recognized mining finance and project management firm based in London. Prior to founding Dragon Group, Tony spent nine years in investment banking where he co‐founded and led the natural resource group at Yorkton Securities. Tony has raised over US$10 billion in equity and debt financing for mineral development projects worldwide. Earlier in his career, Tony held several appointments in the mining industry and specialized in mineral valuation and acquisition and qualified as a Mining Geologist in 1972 from the Royal School of Mines in London.
Joel Dumaresq
CFO and Director
Mr. Dumaresq brings 30 years experience in the financial sector holding financial and investment banking roles with RBC Dominion Securities and was a managing director of Vancouver based private equity and merchant banking firm Matric Partners Inc. for 12 years. Joel brings significant M&A experience and has managed a range of private & public enterprises worldwide including the resource sector.
Gustavo Delendatti, PhD, MAIG (CP)
Vice President - Exploration
Dr. Delendatti is a senior geologist with over 25 years of experience in the evaluation, exploration and development of mineral deposits in a range of mineralisation styles including epithermal, porphyry, volcanogenic massive sulphide, lithium pegmatite deposits in South America, North America and Australia. Most recently, he was Exploration Manager at the Authier Lithium Project in Quebec for ASX-listed Sayona Mining Limited. He played a key role in the completion of the Authier project’s Pre- and Definitive Feasibility Studies and led more than 15,000 metres of drilling that more than tripled the size of the lithium resource since acquisition. He was previously Exploration Manager at Elementos Limited and Project Manager for Exeter Resource Corporation at the Don Sixto gold project and Caspiche copper-gold project in Chile.
