Anthony (Tony) Williams
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Williams has over 35 years’ experience as a mining geologist and investment banker. Tony is Chairman of Dragon Group, an internationally recognized mining finance and project management firm based in London and Moscow. Prior to founding Dragon Group, Tony spent nine years in investment banking where he co‐founded and led the natural resource group at Yorkton Securities. Tony has raised over US$10 billion in equity and debt financing for mineral development projects worldwide. Earlier in his career, Tony held several appointments in the mining industry and specialized in mineral valuation and acquisition and qualified as a Mining Geologist in 1972 from the Royal School of Mines in London.
CFO and Director
Mr. Dumaresq brings 30 years experience in the financial sector holding financial and investment banking roles with RBC Dominion Securities and was a managing director of Vancouver based private equity and merchant banking firm Matric Partners Inc. for 12 years. Joel brings significant M&A experience and has managed a range of private & public enterprises worldwide including the resource sector.
Paul Ténière, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Ténière has over 20 years of diverse experience in the mining and oil & gas sectors in Canada, United States, and internationally taking projects from exploration stage to mine development. Paul has held senior to executive roles with junior to major mining companies developing precious metal, base metal, and metallurgical coal deposits, and has significant capital markets and corporate finance experience through his past senior roles with the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange. He was Chief Geologist for Sherritt International Corp. and an Exploration Manager for Vale S.A. and Solid Energy New Zealand developing large-scale coal mining projects in Australia and New Zealand. He has also worked on MVT lead-zinc deposits, porphyry-style copper-lead-zinc deposits, and gold-PGM deposits in Canada, United States, and Europe.
Gustavo Delendatti, PhD, MAIG (CP)
Vice President – Exploration
Dr. Delendatti is a senior geologist with over 25 years of experience in the evaluation, exploration and development of mineral deposits in a range of mineralisation styles including epithermal, porphyry, volcanogenic massive sulphide, lithium pegmatite deposits in South America, North America and Australia. Most recently, he was Exploration Manager at the Authier Lithium Project in Quebec for ASX-listed Sayona Mining Limited. He played a key role in the completion of the Authier project’s Pre- and Definitive Feasibility Studies and led more than 15,000 metres of drilling that more than tripled the size of the lithium resource since acquisition. He was previously Exploration Manager at Elementos Limited and Project Manager for Exeter Resource Corporation at the Don Sixto gold project and Caspiche copper-gold project in Chile.
Jim Sparling, MBA, P.Geo.
Project Manager – Skaergaard Project
Mr. Sparling is a professional geologist (P.Geo.) with a B.Sc. Advanced Geology degree (1984) from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA (2003) from the Royal Roads University School of Business. He has over 30 years of experience in exploration management and surface and underground mining operations, including broad-based experience in base metals, gold and nickel exploration. Mr. Sparling worked as a Geophysical Crew Chief, Project Geologist, and Senior Exploration Geologist with HudBay Minerals Inc. (“Hudbay”) from 1994 to 2003 and from 2009 to 2011. More recently, Mr. Sparling was the Project Manager for North American Nickel’s Maniitsoq Project in western Greenland.
Fred Tejada, P.Geo.
Mr. Tejada is a professional geologist with over 35 years of international mineral industry experience and has a proven track record working with both major and junior mining and exploration focused organizations. He is currently CEO and a director of Kalo Gold Holdings Corp. Mr. Tejada was Country Manager for Phelps Dodge Exploration Corporation in the Philippines and previously Vice President for Exploration of Panoro Minerals Ltd. and Tirex Resources Ltd. He had also been previously involved in the exploration of the Trend and the Belcourt Saxon coal projects in Northeast British Columbia. Mr. Tejada is also a director of several junior mining companies based in Vancouver, BC.
Stephen Stine, P.Geo.
Mr. Stine holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a veteran of seven mine permittings, two public consultations, six bankable feasibility studies, six mine constructions and startups and numerous project financings. He was involved with the development of the following mines: Bismark (Mexico), Cuajone (Peru), Rio Chiquito (Costa Rica), Twin Buttes (Arizona), Burma (Myanmar), Slovakia, Canada and United States.
